The X-M-100-40 KIT includes the 11" XTENDER® Articulating Arm with the LCSM-10 (Locking Camera Screw Mount) and MM-10 (Monitor/Light Attachment). This assembly will attach to the 1/4"-20 mount of your camera which allows you to attach an accessory such as a Zylight, Lite Panel or lightweight monitor. The 11" XTENDER® Articulating Arm can also attach to the LPA-100 (Light Post Adapter) allowing you to use it on a light stand or post.
